Role Description
This is a customer-facing role with the primary responsibility of interfacing with the customers
for outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities
● Contact customers via phone calls, emails
● Convince the customer to clear the pending dues
● Complete ownership & responsibility of assigned tasks
● Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper resolution of queries of the
customers
● Strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree
● Min 3 months of experience in Collections
● Excellent communication skills
● Working knowledge of MSOffice
● Language - Hindi and English
